After Vital Mastercard applications open and your application is approved, you will receive access to the Vital app. After logging into the app, you’ll have access to your Vital community member dashboard. On your dashboard, you’ll find your rewards, Vital Score, Vital Connections, leaderboard stats, and other Vital Signs.
