Besides storing your information securely, Vital helps you monitor ID theft, provides SSN alerts, and tracks various credit and non-credit-related security concerns associated with your account. That your card number is nowhere on your physical card adds one more layer of theft protection.

If you believe you’re at risk for identity theft, freeze your card, and change your card number quickly and easily right on the Vital Card App. Your card number should be updated within 24 hours of your request. You may also request a new physical card if yours was lost, stolen, or damaged. If your card was damaged or you’d like to request a new card color, an additional fee may apply.
