Excellent, pre-approval means you met all Vital Card’s preliminary criteria for members at the time you were pre-approved. In order to be approved and issued a Vital Card, you’ll need to apply.

In some cases, recipients of a pre-approval offer may not qualify for a Vital Card at the time of application — e.g., applicants whose credit score dropped significantly after they received the pre-approval offer or whose identity could not be readily validated.
