Excellent, pre-approval means you met all Vital Mastercard’s preliminary criteria for members at the time you were pre-approved. In order to be approved and issued a credit card, you’ll need to apply.

In some cases, recipients of a pre-approval offer may not qualify for a Vital Mastercard at the time of application — e.g., applicants whose credit score dropped significantly after they received the pre-approval offer or whose identity could not be readily validated.
